Role Overview

We're hiring a
Creative Marketing Strategist
to own the end‑to‑end development of high‑performing ad creatives (static + video). You'll turn customer insight into sharp messages, USPs, and ICP definitions, and partner closely with Customer Service/Account teams and our Design & Production squads to ship compelling ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, and other channels. You're equal parts strategist, storyteller, and experimenter with a strong grasp of direct‑response principles.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Research

Define and maintain ICPs and JTBD per campaign; map pain points, objections, and proof.

Translate insights from Customer Service calls/chats, NPS, and sales notes into testable USPs, hooks, and benefit ladders.Benchmark competitor creatives and channel trends; identify whitespace opportunities.

  • Creative Development (Static & Video)

Write ad messages, scripts, storyboards; craft headlines, primary text, CTAs, overlays.

Direct the creation of static, motion, and short‑form video assets with Design & Production; ensure platform‑native formatting (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), safe zones, first‑3‑seconds hooks. Brief, manage, and QA internal designers, editors, and external vendors/creators; ensure brand and legal compliance.

  • Experimentation & Analytics

Plan and run A/B and multivariate creative tests; define success metrics and sample sizes with the media team. Track CTR, CVR, VTR, 3‑sec hold, watch time, CPA/CPL, ROAS (as relevant); synthesize learnings into next‑round hypotheses. Maintain a Creative Performance Dashboard and a searchable Creative Library with annotations and results.

  • Production & Delivery

Own the creative pipeline and calendar; prioritize briefs by impact/effort. Package assets with correct specs, captions, thumbnails, and source files; maintain version control and naming taxonomy. Coordinate localization (Uzbek/Russian/English; other languages as needed) and ensure message‑market fit.

  • Collaboration & Process

Be the creative bridge between Marketing, Customer Service/Admissions, Resident Success, Design, and Production. Run weekly creative standups and post‑mortems; document playbooks and best practices.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • At least 1 year performance creative/creative strategy for paid social/search/display; B2B or talent acquisition experience a plus.
  • Proven portfolio of static and video ad creatives with clear performance outcomes (share links and metrics).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for short‑form video and static ads.
  • Comfortable reading dashboards and partnering on experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality basics).
  • Excellent cross‑functional communication; ability to translate insights into actionable briefs.
  • Languages: Professional English; Uzbek and/or Russian strongly preferred.
