We are looking for a Social Media Executive with proven expertise in managing large-scale, multilingual campaigns and a strong background in the FX sector. This role is ideal for a digital professional passionate about building engagement and brand visibility across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities- Design, coordinate, and execute tailored social media strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Threads).
- Launch innovative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and client acquisition in FX-related markets.
- Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs, insights, and analytics tools.
- Run A/B testing to identify best-performing content formats and refine strategies accordingly.
- Produce regular performance reports (monthly, yearly, lifetime) for all channels.
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and timely execution of daily social media activity.
- Support brand presence during key industry events and initiatives.
- Coordinate content-driven projects, including podcasts and video campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Design, Data/Analytics teams, and external agencies to ensure impactful messaging.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and deliver actionable analysis.
- Stay current with new features, tools, and compliance standards in the digital and FX marketing space.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Uzbek and Russian (C1 level), with solid English skills (min. B2).
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- At least 4 years of social media management experience in FX, fintech or financial services.
- Experience using social analytics and listening platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in scaling and managing social media campaigns for global audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into insights.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.
- Passionate about digital engagement, innovation, and financial industry trends.
