Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing activities to strengthen Meraque's brand visibility and market presence in Uzbekistan. This role is responsible for assisting in content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, lead-generation campaigns, and supporting the local business development team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about technology, drones, and innovative solutions for agriculture and industrial sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support the creation of marketing content including social media posts, brochures, product sheets, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing Team in Malaysia to align visuals, product messaging, and branding guidelines.

Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day content scheduling and posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, and local Uzbek platforms.
• Assist in growing community engagement, followers, and reach.
• Track performance of social media ads and organic content; propose improvements based on analytics.

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in the Uzbekistan UAV, robotics, and agriculture tech industry.
• Compile reports with insights on product opportunities, pricing considerations, and market gaps.
• Support customer persona development and segmentation.

Branding & Creative Support

• Assist in designing simple marketing creatives using Canva or other design tools.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to corporate branding standards.
• Support photography and videography sessions during site visits, events, and product demonstrations.

Event & Activation Support

• Support planning and execution of local marketing events such as product demos, exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and customer workshops.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, registrations, and promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing post-event reports and lead follow-up lists.

Lead Generation & CRM Support

• Support digital lead-generation campaigns through paid ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
• Assist in maintaining the customer database and CRM system (if applicable).
• Conduct preliminary outreach to potential customers for marketing nurturing purposes (non-sales).

Administrative & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, including campaign results, KPI progress, and analytics.
• Maintain marketing files, documents, photos, and video libraries.
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills in
  English, Uzbek & Russian.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
