Data Analyst
who will play a key role in shaping our commercial analytics across sales, branches, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards for key commercial metrics:
  • • revenue, portfolio, number of clients
  • • branch and regional performance
  • • contact center KPIs
  • • marketing channel efficiency
  • Conduct end-to-end analytics: from acquisition channel → call center → branch visit → deal → client lifecycle.
  • Perform plan–fact analysis for core KPIs (revenue, portfolio, drop rates, marketing budget).
  • Prepare regular analytical reports for VP of Marketing & Sales, executive team, and founders.
  • Participate in compensation calculation for sales, CC, and marketing (formulas, data validation).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and product changes (unit economics, ROI).
  • Ensure data quality: define requirements for accounting/CRM systems, develop reporting rules and data workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in analytics (sales, marketing, finance, BI or related fields).
  • Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • SQL and experience with BI tools (BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, etc.) will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in building dashboards and automating regular reporting.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience in finance, retail, telecom, or other high-volume consumer industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and business-oriented mindset.
