We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Events Coordinator to plan and execute high-impact events, both virtual and in-person, across the financial services and FX sector. The role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring seamless event delivery.

• Plan, organize, and deliver a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, corporate gatherings, networking receptions, and gala evenings.
  
• Manage end-to-end event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setups, accommodations, and other arrangements.
  
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote events across multiple channels and maximize visibility.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Oversee all phases of event delivery, from setup and live execution to post-event wrap-up.
  
• Anticipate challenges and troubleshoot issues during events to maintain a professional and smooth experience.
  
• Maintain a comprehensive event calendar and monitor progress against key milestones and deadlines.
  
• Collect participant feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements.
  

• Native or fluent Uzbek speaker (C1 level) with strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
  
• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  
• 3+ years of proven experience in event planning/coordination, within financial services, fintech, or related industries.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Resilient, problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
  
• Flexibility and willingness to travel when required.
