Описание роли:
Менеджер по стратегии взыскания (направление MSME) отвечает за реализацию и поддержку стратегий взыскания в сегменте малого и среднего бизнеса (MSME).Роль направлена на внедрение моделей и инструментов взыскания, проведение пилотов, анализ эффективности стратегий и обеспечение тесного взаимодействия с операционными командами для достижения наилучших финансовых результатов и повышения NPV портфеля.

С чем предстоит работать:
Реализация стратегий и моделей взыскания:

  • Внедрение моделей и стратегий взыскания, разработанных аналитической группой.
  • Настройка и адаптация сегментации клиентов, каналов (AI, SMS, Calls, Visits, Vendors).
  • Контроль корректности применения стратегий в операционных командах.

Пилоты и эксперименты:

  • Подготовка и проведение пилотных проектов и тактических экспериментов.
  • Тестирование новых инструментов, сценариев, моделей и каналов коммуникации.
  • Анализ результатов пилотов, подготовка рекомендаций по масштабированию.

Мониторинг и аналитика:

  • Отслеживание и анализ KPI стратегий.
  • Подготовка отчетов и инсайтов по эффективности применяемых инструментов.
  • Поддержка Head of Strategy & Analytics в формировании еженедельных и месячных сводок.

Взаимодействие и координация:

  • Взаимодействие с руководителями подразделений (soft, hard, vendor, AI) для корректного применения стратегий.
  • Документирование изменений в стратегиях и тактических настройках для внутреннего контроля и аудитных проверок.
  • Эскалация ключевых рисков, отклонений и блокеров руководителю направления.

Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:

  • Опыт работы в банковской сфере, аналитике, взыскании или стратегии (от 2 лет).
  • Понимание процессов взыскания, продуктовой специфики MSME.
  • Знание инструментов аналитики и отчетности (Excel, SQL). Power BI — преимущество.
  • Навыки анализа данных, интерпретации KPI и построения рекомендаций.
  • Умение работать с несколькими проектами параллельно и соблюдать сроки.
  • Ответственность, системное мышление, умение выстраивать коммуникацию с операционными командами.
