Position Overview:

Supports the Country Head in executing the country strategic development plan by assisting with market research, data collection, and internal administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Investment Director/Manager in market development activities for the country, including market research, project evaluation, and preparation of project proposals.
2. Support market expansion efforts by aiding in client reception, liaison, and assisting with the collection of the latest industry dynamics and project information in the waste management and environmental protection sector.
3. Collect, organize, and summarize local policies, regulations, industry standards, and lead the compilation of all data required for the internal "Three Databases" construction within the country.
4. Provide language translation support for internal and external documents and during meetings with local clients; assist with general internal administrative tasks as assigned.
5. Assist in organizing departmental meetings, recording and managing meeting minutes, and providing support for visits and activities involving other company departments.

Qualifications:

1. College's degree or higher in Management, Economics, Engineering, Languages, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; high level of responsibility, initiative, and team spirit; ability to work under pressure.
4. Good English language proficiency and strong learning capability.
5. Understanding of basic legal knowledge and environmental protection industry policies and regulations; skilled in information and data summarization.
