Now we are looking for a Customer Development Specialist in our office in Tashkent

Responsibilities

  • Attraction of new clients and development of relationships with customers;
  • Working with existing clients;
  • Recognizing customer needs and selling of AsstrA logistics services;
  • Conducting business negotiations;
  • Making preparation and submission of commercial offers;
  • Providing the relevant expert knowledge across solutions and logistics industry;
  • Using CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales;
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales/Customer Service will be an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of Uzbek and Russian;
  • B2 level of English;
  • Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills;
  • Proactivity and responsibility;
  • Good team-working competences.
