Job Identification

We are hiring HR Specialist (Operations) for Tashkent office.

What we expect
  • Organizing and overseeing personnel administration processes in accordance with the Labor Code and the Company's internal regulations
  • Preparing internal and external HR reports (vacancies, quotas, reports to the military office, etc.)
  • Monitoring military registration (monthly letters, verification of T-2 forms, annual reports)
  • Managing vacation records and ensuring compliance with the annual leave schedule
  • Ensuring proper storage of HR documents and documents of strict accountability
  • Preparing and regularly updating the staffing schedule
  • Monitoring the submission of timesheets
  • Tracking working hours, including overtime, work on holidays and weekends, and employee absences, in accordance with legislation and internal policies
  • Ensuring timely transfer of HR orders and personal files of dismissed employees to the archive
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions for specialists on labor law issues
  • Ensuring accuracy and relevance of data in 1C:Enterprise 8 and SAP SuccessFactors systems
  • Participating in the development of technical specifications for the improvement and development of the 1C:8 system
Qualifications
  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Teamwork skills, high level of organization and responsibility
  • Fluent in Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage)
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
