Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Specialist located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Investment Specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing and implementing investment strategies, managing investment portfolios, and providing investment advice.
Investment Specialist (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract foreign and local investors in the pharmaceutical industry
- Conduct negotiations, prepare and deliver investment presentations and proposals
- Represent the agency at international forums, exhibitions, and B2B meetings
- Analyze pharmaceutical market trends and evaluate potential projects
- Coordinate with government institutions and private companies on joint investment initiatives
- Support the preparation of business plans, financial models, and investment agreements
- Ensure ongoing communication and relationship management with investors and partners
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Pharmaceutical Management
- Experience in investment, business development, or pharma-related projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Russian, Uzbek, and English
- Willingness to travel frequently (locally and internationally)
- Proactive, diplomatic, and goal-oriented personality
