Position Summary

The Community Promotion Specialist will be responsible for direct customer engagement and market development activities within assigned territories. This position focuses on promoting solar energy solutions through field activities and building sustainable customer relationships.

Location:Tashkent (and other key business cities in UZ

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field promotion activities in designated areas

  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations

  • Manage customer information and maintain accurate records

  • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the sales process

  • Collect and report market feedback to the management team

  • Participate in regular training and promotional events

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in field sales or promotion roles

  • Professional working proficiency in Uzbek and Russian

  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills

  • Capability to work in outdoor environments

  • Basic digital literacy for mobile applications

  • Valid driver's license preferred but not required
