Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Specialist located in Tashkent. The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and addressing various legal issues. Daily tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with local as well as international laws and regulations. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues

Strong Communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or government sector is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
