Ключевые компетенции Начальника отдела развития цифровых продуктов

  • опыт работы ( не менее, чем 3 года) в сфере развития цифровых продуктов и цифровой экосистемы (web-сайт, мобильные приложения, цифровые платформы)

  • глубокое знание инструментов цифрового маркетинга (SEO, SMM, контекстная реклама), аналитические навыки для оценки эффективности кампаний, а также финансовые компетенции для бюджетирования и управления ROI, и коммуникационные навыки для взаимодействия с командой, подрядчиками и клиентами

  • опыт управления проектами по запуску и развитию мобильных приложений

  • понимание UX/UI

  • управленческий опыт от 3 лет

  • стратегическое мышление и управление командами и проектами

  • насмотренность в части дизайна цифровых экосистем телеком, фин-тех индустрий

  • понимание принципов юнит-экономики

Задачи

  • дальнейшее развитие клиентского и дилерского приложений

  • привлечение партнеров для сотрудничества (банки, страховые компании, контент-провайдеры) и их интеграция в контур клиентского приложения

  • перезапуск корпоративного web-сайта

  • запуск тендеров по выбору поставщиков (разработчики сайта, приложений, платформ, digital-агентства)

  • разработка стратегии до 2030 года в части развития цифровых продуктов
