Key Responsibilities


• Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process for key leadership and operational roles.


• Provide expert guidance on local labor laws, employment standards, and compliance

requirements.


• Design and implement foundational HR processes, and policies aligned with both local

requirements and global standards.


• Act as the primary HR point of contact for all matters in the new country, partnering closely with

the HQ HR and executive team.


• Support the onboarding and integration of expatriate staff, including visa, work permit, and

relocation matters


• Serve as a strategic advisor to local leadership on people-related topics, including organizational

structure and workforce planning.


• Develop and manage compensation and benefits structures in alignment with local market

practices.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR

certifications are a plus.


• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or

standalone HR role in Uzbekistan.


• Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance

standards.


• Experience setting up HR functions, policies, and teams in a new market or startup environment

is highly preferred.


• Familiarity with expatriate employment, work permits, and immigration processes is strong

advantage.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required


• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
