We are seeking a visionary Growth User Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team. In line with our company's values of "go global" and "grow together," you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract and retain users on a global scale, fostering a collaborative environment that drives our collective success.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing marketing sources by analyzing current performance channels and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Controlling budget efficiency by evaluating return on investment and adjusting the acquisition strategy as needed
  • Managing traffic and conversion funnels, tracking key metrics, and measuring the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts
  • Launching, developing, overseeing, and scaling growth initiatives across core regions

Requirements:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile apps
  • Are familiar with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and other acquisition channels
  • Have experience managing large budgets and optimizing their performance
  • Know tracking platforms like AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, and Adjust
  • Possess a deep understanding of mobile attribution and fraud prevention
  • Can analyze acquisition efficiency not only by CPI, CAC, and CR, but also through deeper product metrics
  • Know how to work with data, funnels, and attribution models
  • Have launched and scaled new markets
  • Are fluent in English
