We are seeking an experienced Manager to join M&A Advisory team within a leading international firm. The role involves managing full-cycle M&A projects, driving business development initiatives, leading client engagements, and overseeing financial analysis and modeling. The ideal candidate will bring strong transaction experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to cultivate new opportunities through an established professional network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end M&A engagements, including deal origination, execution, and closing.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through personal and firm networks.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and service offerings to expand the practice.
  • Supervise and coach junior team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Build financial models and perform economic and financial analyses of companies and investment projects.
  • Participate in negotiations and support clients throughout the transaction process.

Skills & Attributes for Success

  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent degree is an advantage.
  • Strong relevant experience (5+ years) in Corporate Finance Advisory, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or in-house Corporate Finance/M&A.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and strong financial modeling proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written), with strong business writing skills.
