Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager located in Tashkent. The M&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the entire M&A process, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, analyzing financial statements, and structuring deals. The role involves working closely with clients, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders are key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Experience in Accounting and conducting Due Diligence
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Tashkent
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are beneficial
  • Experience in international finance and investment banking is an advantage
