Team Lead ML Engineer
. Мы создаём цифровые решения для государственных и коммерческих структур и расширяем своё присутствие на международных рынках.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы
    в области машинного обучения не менее 5 лет
    , из них
    не менее 2 лет на руководящей позиции
    (Tech Lead / Team Lead / Senior ML Engineer).
  • Опыт
    построения архитектуры AI/ML решений
    — от проектирования пайплайна данных до интеграции модели в продакшн-среду.
  • Глубокое понимание
    всего цикла разработки ML-продукта
    : сбор и подготовка данных, обучение, валидация, деплоймент, мониторинг, MLOps.
  • Опыт управления
    командой разработчиков и исследователей
    (от 3 до 10 человек), распределение задач, код-ревью, менторство.
  • Умение
    эффективно взаимодействовать с заказчиками, аналитиками и архитекторами
    при определении бизнес-целей и технических решений.
  • Владение английским языком на уровне, достаточном для чтения технической документации и общения с партнёрами.
  • Основной язык:
    Python
  • Проектирование
    масштабируемой архитектуры ML-систем
    , включая datapipeline, inference и интеграцию с внешними сервисами (PACS, LIS, EMR).
  • Опыт проектирования
    модульных архитектур AI-платформ
    , микросервисов, REST/gRPC-API.
  • Знание принципов
    TOGAF / архитектурного проектирования ИИ-систем
    (будет преимуществом).
  • Опыт
    выбора оптимального стека, инфраструктуры и фреймворков
    под задачи заказчика.
