Role Description

This is a partl-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Tashkent. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive staff members by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Key tasks also include handling correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing general clerical duties. The Personal Assistant will also serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Excellent Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian; knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage
