As our Finance Manager, you will

• Be able to support company's growth and objectives with timely decision making
• Guarantee compliance with local laws and regulations
• Facilitate integration of financial operations with global standards and practices
• Enhance local compliance adherence and decision-making based on solid arguments and data-driven insights
• Lead a team of 5, promote accountability, communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback informally and formally via regular one on ones and performance reviews
• Develop the capacity of the team, deepen understanding of their roles and assist with career development
• Strengthen local compliance through process automation and robust technical expertise
• Assume accountability through clear ownership of responsibilities
• Prioritize initiatives to address critical areas
• Improve calculation of income tax, WHT, VAT monthly taxes and other taxes that may affect the company.
• Improve statutory reporting and tax compliance reports
• Analyse and evaluate impacts of changes in legal regulations
• Prepare tax notes for the Company's Financial Statements
• Coordinate financial statement audit requirements
• Attention to inspections and/or requirements of public entities
• Automation of processes such as electronic invoicing
• Implement local compliances guidelines for inventory and fixed assets
• Improve tax authorities replies mechanism
• Support to new businesses and investments
• Define process for Contracts database
• Establish good quality service to and good working relationships with other centralized teams
• Represent on behalf of the company before the tax authority, municipality, or any other public body.

As the Finance Manager, you already are or have

• Senior experience in leading finance teams in international environment in Uzbekistan
• Strong communication and leadership skills to navigate across functional and centralized teams, both in a managerial as well as training capacity
• Experience with process optimization and integration of global accounting standards
• Able to consistently demonstrate flexibility and resilience
• Able to maintain positive relationships and composure
• Strong commitment to teamwork and accountability, thrive in evolving and changing environments and make effective written and verbal communication a priority in all situations
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good command / effective operational proficiency in Uzbek and/or Russian and English languages.
• Solid tax knowledge; Financial Accounting; Knowledge of IFRS-US GAAP Accounting Standards
• Knowledge of Excel at the intermediate to advanced level
