We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our Supply Chain team in Tashkent Plant.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the Coca-Cola quality system and product quality in all processes from material intake to consumer delivery, and provide necessary reports.
To oversee the implementation of TCCC, CCI, and regulatory requirements within the plant, collaborate with local authorities and TCCC representatives as needed.
Monitor materials and products for compliance with legal standards, determine inspection and testing methods, and ensure proper equipment procurement and operator training.
Coordinate trials for new products, materials/raw materials, and suppliers, and participate in approval processes. Provide feedback to suppliers on raw material/service quality and food safety issues, and lead DMR preparation processes.
Oversee management systems like Quality, Food Safety, Environment, and Business Continuity, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and up-to-date practices.
Identify and guide personnel responsible for management system requirements such as risk assessments, root cause analyses, corrective actions, non-compliance, document management, internal audits, training, GMP inspections, management review meetings, and food safety team activities.
Manage and improve OE projects and CA&PA systems in the plant.
Ensure process capabilities, develop programs and corrective actions to eliminate/minimize non-conformities, contribute to productivity increase initiatives, and minimize losses.
Ensure continuous development programs contribute to company reputation and brand image according to company procedures.
Verify QA activities (QA labs, syrup room, water treatment, water sources, and wastewater treatment units) comply with occupational safety standards and environmental/energy management system applications.
Implement maintenance programs, supply resources (spare parts, employees), and monitor critical inputs (syrup, sugar) efficiency.
Manage consumer/customer complaints in line with KPIs, implement CA&PA to improve satisfaction levels, and ensure full product traceability via proper coding and labeling.
Organize quality and image control at post-mix and pre-mix points.
Monitor Quality Assurance Department performance, identify needs, and budget accordingly based on quality criteria.
Qualifications
University Graduate (Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering)
Good command of English
Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance job experience
C Class Health and Safety certification, and 6sigma certificates preferred
Experience working with Governmental Ministry Regulators preferred
Self-motivated and good motivator
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
