**Обязанности:
Организация и управление отделом продаж недвижимости (вторичка, новостройки, зарубежная недвижимость);
Разработка и реализация стратегии продаж для достижения плановых показателей;
Подбор, обучение и мотивация менеджеров по продажам;
Контроль выполнения KPI и анализ эффективности команды;
Ведение отчетности и аналитики по результатам продаж;
Взаимодействие с застройщиками и партнёрами;
Разработка и внедрение скриптов продаж, стандартов обслуживания клиентов.
Требования:
Опыт работы на позиции РОП / руководителя отдела продаж от 2 лет (желательно в сфере недвижимости);
Знание современных техник продаж и управления командой;
Умение мотивировать и обучать персонал;
Навыки стратегического и аналитического мышления;
Ответственность, лидерские качества, ориентация на результат;
Владение CRM-системами
