We are opening a search for a Head of Litigation (Corporate Debt Collection Directorate)

We are looking for a highly experienced legal professional to lead the Litigation Department within the Corporate Debt Collection Directorate. This role is critical for driving the bank's litigation and enforcement strategy across the corporate credit portfolio, with a strong focus on complex NPL cases.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the Litigation Department in all corporate litigation and enforcement matters.


• Develop and execute end-to-end litigation strategies for corporate NPL cases.


• Oversee court proceedings, enforcement actions, insolvency processes, and collateral recovery.


• Coordinate work with courts, enforcement authorities, insolvency administrators, and external legal partners.


• Ensure high-quality preparation of legal documentation, procedural filings, and case management.


• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing legal team.

Mandatory Qualifications


• Proven experience in litigation, including court representation, enforcement, insolvency, and complex corporate disputes.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in legal, or workout functions.


• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, leading legal or litigation teams.


• Strong knowledge of corporate lending, collateral structures, and legal risk management.


• Ability to manage multiple high-complexity litigation cases simultaneously.


• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
