Software Test Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute test plans and cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.

This role requires close collaboration with the development team to identify issues early in the software development life cycle and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.

The successful candidate will specify testing requirements, perform functional and regression testing, and ensure all aspects of the product align with customer requirements and industry standards.

You will play a key role in shaping our testing strategies and enhancing our commitment to delivering exceptional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Specify testing requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Perform functional and regression testing to validate software functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role in software testing.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
