Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and troubleshooting services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will also be proficient in a range of software applications and technologies, including computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles and documentation to support customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
