Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall financial accounting of the Uzbekistan project, including voucher preparation, account bookkeeping, and multi-currency table preparation;

2. Coordinate with local banks, tax authorities, and other agencies, handling foreign exchange settlement and cross-border payment transactions;

3. Implement fund control and tax reporting, requiring familiarity with local tax laws, tax planning, and the establishment of a financial risk early warning mechanism;

4. Conduct project cost accounting and operational analysis, submitting monthly financial reports to headquarters in accordance with international standards;

5. Review the terms of foreign-related contracts and manage project expenses.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree or above in financial management or accounting, preferably with an intermediate professional qualification or CPA;

2. At least five years of experience in large-scale corporate finance, including at least two years of overseas financial experience, with experience in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS);

3. Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian or English as a working language; Chinese can be used as one of the languages ​​for daily communication.

4. Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP/Kingdee, and proficiency in Excel data analysis.
