As a Strategy Development Expert, you will:
- Lead the development and refinement of Openbank's corporate and business strategy, aligning with the broader vision of Open Group.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Define strategic initiatives, KPIs, and roadmaps, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, risk, marketing) to align strategy with execution.
- Support business planning, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Monitor performance and iterate strategy based on insights and trends.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or equivalent roles (ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services).
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Business acumen: Understanding of financial products, banking business models, and regulatory environment.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization where you can shape the future.
- Education: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field preferred.
