A promising start-up in PropTech is looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen its team. You'll work with business stakeholders, designers, product managers, and other engineering teams to develop high-quality products and features throughout the software project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify new opportunities and user needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and vision.

  • Conduct detailed research and define specifications to understand stakeholders' needs and expectations.

  • Validate collected requirements through business, technical, and operational feasibility analysis to ensure proposed solutions are practical and value-driven.

  • Provide relevant solutions by drafting functional and non-functional requirements, prototypes, and wireframes.

  • Create comprehensive and accurate documentation in Confluence, including detailed feature descriptions, use cases, process flows, and diagrams.

What they are looking for

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar role in a software or product development environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Miro.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • English and Russian language proficiency (both written and spoken).

  • Facilitate regular updates and discussions with stakeholders, with the ability to tailor excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
