Job Description

We are looking for a Data Labeling Project Coordinator who will play a key role in building Uzbekistan's data labeling ecosystem. The specialist will coordinate between international clients and local labeling companies, ensure smooth project execution, and support workforce development for large-scale AI/ML projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination, outsourcing, or IT services
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, and internal teams)
  • Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (required)
  • Familiarity with IT/BPO operations or interest in AI/ML industry

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate data labeling projects between clients and local companies
  • Oversee timelines, quality standards, and delivery requirements
  • Support local vendors in meeting international quality benchmarks
  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and certification processes for labeling teams
  • Collect client feedback and ensure continuous improvement of services
  • Promote Uzbekistan as a global hub for data labeling and AI outsourcing

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, or data services
  • Understanding of data annotation tools and platforms
  • Experience working with international partners or donors
  • Networking skills to attract new clients and partners
  • Background in IT project management
