*Contexte et environnement*

• Drafting and negotiation of the related contracts and documents (pre-contracts, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, bid documentation, guarantees, power purchase agreement, construction contracts, land rights agreements, operation and maintenance contracts, etc.)
• Monitoring legal due diligence and tender submission processes and following-up on projects' construction and operation
• Conduct legal studies and monitoring regulatory risks
• Manage and coordinates corporate matters (incorporation of companies, corporate housekeeping, shareholders / board of directors resolutions, delegations of authority, share transfers, shareholder loans, etc.)
• Interact with the internal and external parties associated with the operations and transactions
• Support to internal corporate approval process (internal committees)
• Manage external lawyers and monitor legal fees

*Activités*

• Manage the legal aspects of TotalEnergies Renewables Uzbekistan's businesses (projects, litigation, operations, project financing, guarantees)
• Support TotalEnergies Renewables Uzbekistan in the negotiation of documents and agreements
• Manage corporate affairs
• Manage specific legal issues (intellectual property, competition law, corporate law, litigation, sanctions, compliance) in coordination with the corporate legal departments of REN.

*Profil du candidat*

• Postgraduate degree in business law
• 2 to 3 years of experience as transactional counsel in energy or industry (law firm or industrial company)
• English and Russian as working languages, Knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage.
• Negotiation skills and capacity to focus on key issues
• Autonomy in a demanding environment
• Drafting skills
• Rigor and capacity to synthetize
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills, in the context of a multicultural environment

Ability to adopt a «service partner» approach to support the business.
