What You Can Expect:

• Design and model KSW components for our modern and future-oriented buses with the considerations of legal or internal requirements
• Be responsible for the overall development process of the interior components for KSW applications for the buses produced at Hoşdere plant and lead the process from the concept to completed product as well as to product reliability on the field
• Work independently and meet deadlines. Proactively inform management of KSW issues, delays and risks,
• Create models in NX and come to an agreement with supplier, design and production for the feasibility of the design, availability of the production and for the further technical details.
• Participate or even organize regular meetings with related departments, (sales, after sales, procurement, homologation, production) support and give feedback both in Turkey and Germany
• Help to reach the common team targets with respect to timelines, quality and cost. 

That's Why You Are a Match:

• Having B.Sc or M.Sc degree in mechanical or aircraft engineer  
• A good knowledge of German and English both in writing and speaking,  
• A strong customer orientation with international communication skills  
• A distinctive experience in CAD-Tools (preferably in NX), surface and data modelling  
• Knowledge about tooling technology, plastic and manufacturing technology
• Ability to work in 3D, innovative thinking and independent working
• Team player with self-assertion and analytical skills
• Completed military service (for the male candidates) with willingness to travel
