Job Responsibilities:

  1. Execute all physical and system-based receiving and shipping operations for tools and spare parts at the national warehouse, documenting any discrepancies and reporting them promptly.
  2. Manage inventory accuracy (book-to-physical reconciliation) for the responsible warehouse(s). Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks, performing root cause analysis and processing adjustments for any identified variances in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with the maintenance and calibration team to conduct joint inspections upon arrival of slings and rigging equipment.
  4. Identify and drive internal process optimization initiatives within warehouse operations to streamline workflows, achieve cost reduction, and ensure effective cost control.
  5. Liaise with the planning department to monitor operational progress and track KPIs.
  6. Fulfill any other tasks assigned by line manager.
