We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Construction Manager
to join our team,
to be based at a Project Site
in
Uzbekistan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and supervision of all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and safe project execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage site construction teams, subcontractors, and daily activities.
  • Implement construction methodologies and ensure adherence to drawings/specifications.
  • Coordinate site logistics, manpower, and resource deployment.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Review progress and coordinate with engineering and procurement.
  • Ensure timely completion of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years in power project construction, with at least 5 years in wind project execution of similar scale.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering.
