At IT INVESTMENTS CENTER, we're developing new-generation game and animation projects — and we're looking for a GameDev Project Manager who can lead the entire process from concept to release

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the full game development cycle (concept → prototype → release).
• Analyze the local market and develop gamification-based solutions tailored to user needs.
• Coordinate the work of designers, developers, animators, artists, and QA teams.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
• Lead Scrum/Sprint processes to ensure productivity and collaboration.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing GameDev projects.
• Strong knowledge of game development pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required; English is a plus.
