Цель

Обеспечить анализ и управление качеством кредитного портфеля сегмента МСБ, разработку и реализацию мер по повышению прибыльности и снижению рисков, а также участие в формировании и совершенствовании кредитной политики банка для данного сегмента.

Основные обязанности

  1. Управление и анализ портфеля:


• Проведение регулярного анализа портфеля МСБ по основным показателям: объемы, одобрения, просрочка, прибыльность.


• Сегментация клиентов по отраслям, продуктам, регионам и рисковым профилям.


• Формирование рекомендаций по корректировке лимитной и кредитной политики.


• Мониторинг винтажей.

  1. Развитие и оптимизация кредитных продуктов:


• Анализ эффективности текущих продуктов


• Инициирование изменений в продуктовой линейке для улучшения доходности и качества портфеля.


• Участие в разработке новых продуктов, скоринговых моделей, антифрод и EWS-инструментов.

  1. Координация с другими подразделениями:


• Взаимодействие с андеррайтингом, коллекшн, мониторингом и продуктовой командой для выработки решений по улучшению показателей портфеля.


• Согласование изменений в параметрах риск-аппетита, скоринговых моделях и процесса мониторинга.

Требования к кандидату


• Высшее образование (финансы, экономика, банковское дело, риск-менеджмент).


• Опыт работы в банке от 2 лет в направлениях: анализ кредитных рисков, кредитный портфель, риск-аналитика или управление продуктами для МСБ.


• Уверенное владение Excel, Power BI, знание SQL — обязательно; Python — как преимущество.


• Аналитический склад ума, умение видеть причинно-следственные связи и формулировать бизнес-гипотезы.

• Опыт работы с BI-панелями и автоматизацией отчётности.


• Участие в построении или валидации скоринговых моделей.


• Понимание риск-политики и процессов ЦБ Узбекистана.
