Role Description

This on-site, full-time/part-time role is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. As a Reinsurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing reinsurance operations, including assessing and analyzing risks, negotiating reinsurance programs, and collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risk data, evaluate reinsurance arrangements, and provide actionable conclusions.
• Eagerness to learn and to build a professional career.
• Expertise in reinsurance, including financial reporting and settlement management, is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in reinsurance or a related industry is desirable.

Language Abilities:

English - fluent;

Russian - fluent;

Any additional languages are highly regarded.
