Business Development Engineer

Company Description:
The
Business Development Engineer
will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business
opportunities within the engineering and design sectors. The role requires a blend of
technical understanding
and
business acumen
to help expand APSTECHS's market presence and client base. The role focuses on
expanding APSTECHS' client base in the power, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors, particularly in
Substation design, BESS, Solar, and electrical equipment's sizing solutions, etc
.
Candidate must have right to work in TASHKENT.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
electrical equipment supply
and
substation
design engineering
domain within the
Central Asian
and
international markets
.
• Lead and manage the
tendering process
, including bid preparation, documentation, pricing, and
submission in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (
design, procurement, and projects
) to prepare
technical and
commercial proposals
aligned with client specifications.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with
clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, and distribution
network operators
to promote company products and services.
• Conduct detailed
market research and competitor analysis
to identify trends, new projects, and
potential partnerships.
• Review and interpret
technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
to prepare accurate and
competitive commercial offers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant
tender frameworks, company policies, and industry standards
.
• Support the
procurement and delivery
of electrical equipment such as
transformers, switchgear,
control and protection panels, and associated systems
.
• Represent
APSTECHS
in
client meetings, vendor discussions, and business development events
.
• Prepare and present
sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates
to management.
Location with organization:
Based in the Tashkent, Uzbekistan office, with potential travel within Central Asia and
internationally as required. APSTECHS maintains a strong commitment to employee
development, providing structured PDPs and technical-commercial training to support
professional growth.
