The candidate will manage the sales and distribution of company products in Uzbekistan, will improve distributor network, improve product availability at sales points, and expand the cooler infrastructure to increase market share. Unlocking the real growth potential at all sales channels in Uzbekistan. Responsible for achieving annual P&L and sales volume targets.

We are hiring a Sales & RTM Manager

What does a Sales & RTM Manager do at Anadolu Efes?

Deliver on Sales Targets & Market Coverage
– Ensure planned sales volumes and distribution goals are met within the assigned region.

Support Distribution & Customer Engagement
– Maintain efficient stock availability and strengthen customer relationships to maximize sales potential.

Ensure Brand Presence & Trade Execution
– Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.

Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities
– Track and report market dynamics to identify risks and new business opportunities.

Optimize Sales Operations & Processes
– Ensure smooth execution of sales activities while adhering to company policies and standards.

Drive Customer Satisfaction & Retention
– Strengthen relationships with key customers to maintain long-term business growth.

Ensure Compliance & Risk Mitigation
– Adhere to pricing structures, commercial policies, and contract agreements to safeguard business interests.

Contribute to Sales Team Development
– Support training and coaching initiatives to improve team performance and efficiency.

What are the qualifications we look for in a Sales & RTM Manager at Anadolu Efes?

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, distributor management, retail execution, or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail landscape, regional sales dynamics, and Modern Trade/On-Trade channels.
  • Proven ability to drive product availability, execute promotional activities, and manage distributor relationships effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain positive distributor and retailer relationships while ensuring compliance.
  • Experience in merchandising, route-to-market execution, inventory tracking, and in-store visibility optimization.
  • Ability to address real-time challenges, identify market opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in data tracking, sales reporting, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Fluent in Russian, advanced level English

Reporting to Regional Market Development Manager (Central Asia) who is based in Tashkent.
