Description of Key Job Duties:

  • Drive module sales and business development in Uzbekistan and other Central Asia countries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local distributors and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research and provide regular reports on market trends, competitors, and policy updates.
  • Support credit and risk assessments to ensure secure transactions with distributors.
  • Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on pricing, delivery, and supply issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Trina Solar at local PV-related industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support overall business objectives, regional strategy execution, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or distribution industries.
  • Experience in the Central Asia region (especially Uzbekistan) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in local languages, Uzbek (required for local business communication).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of local culture and commercial practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be based in Tashkent.
  • Willingness to travel within Central Asia as needed.
