Responsibilities:

Build end-to-end ML workflows for agents (RAG, reasoning, planning).

Fine-tune and adapt LLMs, TTS, and STT models using foundational/transformer models.

Integrate models into production using Python-based backend services and APIs.

Implement long-term memory and retrieval with vector and graph databases.

Work with backend, cloud, and data engineers to deploy and scale AI features.

Communicate progress, blockers, and improvements directly with the team.

Take full ownership from research to production delivery.

Requirements:

4+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years building AI/ML-driven applications.

Strong experience with LLM agent frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, or Haystack.

Hands-on use of Voice/STT/TTS tools: LiveKit, Daily, or Whisper.

Experience with Vector DBs: Pinecone or FAISS.

Experience with Graph DBs: Neo4j or ArangoDB.

Strong Python engineering for integration and service building.

Able to operate across ML and backend without hand-holding.

Scaling AI agents or systems in production.

Ownership-driven, proactive mindset and strong communication skills

High curiosity and ability to self-learn rapidly.
