Project Coordination Specialist

Seeking a results-driven Project Coordinator to join our team.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and coordination of projects. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial reports, and other relevant information.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or international development.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project coordination and management, preferably in an international development context.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
