We are looking for an experienced academic leader for the role of
Dean – Medical College
.
Requirements:
MBBS mandatory (MD/MS/DNB preferred)
8–25 years academic/teaching experience
Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor / Retired Professors eligible
Must be able to speak Russian
Strong experience in academic administration, curriculum management & medical education
Responsibilities:
- Oversee MBBS academic operations
- Lead faculty teams across all departments
- Ensure compliance with NMC/MCI and international standards
- Manage academic planning, exams, schedules & student issues
- Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking students/faculty
