Job Identification

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our Sales team in  Nukus.

What We Expect

Management of the sales representative team: Leading and coordinating the work of the sales representative team, ensuring that sales plans are met.

 ·Employee training and development: Conducting training and educational sessions to improve team performance.

· Monitoring sales plan fulfilment: Ensuring that targets are met and sales plans are fulfilled in key regions.

· Sales analysis and reporting: Collecting and analysing sales data, preparing regular reports for company management.

· Assortment management: Ensuring that a full range of products is available on store shelves, monitoring product display.

· Resolving operational issues: Resolving issues related to distribution and delivery.

· Customer relationship development: Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key customers, including large chains and independent retail outlets.

· Monitoring compliance with quality standards and pricing policy: Ensuring compliance with established company standards at retail outlets.

Qualifications

Higher education (preferably in marketing, economics or management).

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in sales, preferably in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).

· Knowledge of the basics of trade marketing and sales, experience working with retail chains and distributors.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to effectively manage a team and achieve set goals.

· Analytical skills and experience with reporting.

· Knowledge of the basics of working with sales accounting programmes (e.g. CRM systems).

· Responsibility, determination, ability to work in a multitasking environment.

· Fluency in Russian, knowledge of Uzbek and English would be an advantage.

· Willingness to travel.
