Role description

We are seeking a full-time Flutter Developer to join our team and shape the foundation of our mobile applications. This is a chance to work on greenfield projects where your expertise will directly influence architecture, design, and long-term product quality.

Key Responsibilities

As our Flutter Engineer, you will:

Build and maintain cross-platform apps for iOS and Android using Flutter + Dart.

Design reusable, performant, and scalable UI components.

Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers on API contracts, UX, and performance.

Establish and maintain state management (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Provider).

Write reliable tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure stability.

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and mobile release cycles.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues together with the backend team.

Requirements

3–6 years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.

Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter best practices.

Experience integrating REST APIs and managing async data.

Solid understanding of app architecture and state management.

Familiarity with app distribution (App Store / Google Play).

Experience with Firebase or AWS mobile services.

Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek for team collaboration.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of offline-first patterns and secure data storage.

Familiarity with native integrations (Swift / Kotlin).

Contributions to design systems or open-source Flutter packages.
