About This Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Quality Assurance Manager in Tashkent Office.

What You Can Expect from The Role

• To ensure the Coca-Cola quality & environment system and product quality in all processes in the chain from material income to the consumer and to make and standardize the necessary reports.
• To follow, manage and ensure the full implementation of the TCCC, CCİ, Anadolu Grubu and legal requirements within the country ; to be in contact with local legal organizations and TCCC related to the product.
• To ensure coordination in the country where management systems such as Quality, Food Safety, Environment, QA&Env related Business Continuity are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and kept up to date. Identify and guide those who will coordinate management systems' requirements such as risk analyzes, root cause analyzes, corrective actions, non-compliance, document management, internal audits, training, GMP inspections, management review meetings, and food safety team activities.
• To manage and improve Supply Chain OE projects and CA&PA (corrrective and preventive actions) systems in the country.
• To keep consumer and customer complaints in line with the KPI's, to manage CA&PA to improve complaints and customer and consumer satisfaction levels. To ensure full traceability of products via proper coding and labeling.
• To ensure improvement in all quality and environment processes, benchmarking accross CCI and with other companies
• Organize monthly teleconferances with all plants to share achievements, projects, issues, good practices.
• Establish and enhance the Quality KPIs and benchmarking reports for all CCI countries.
• Address all existing and potential Quality issues according to monthly quality scores, to facilitate action plans
• As BPL of quality and environment processes, responsible of developing, revising and standardization of procedures related with quality assurance and environment.
• Provide environmental data for Annual Sustainability Report
• Provide environmental data for stakeholders in UZ
• To lead crisis management related to quality and environment issues in country

What You Bring

• Min. 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance roles in a multinational organization
• Good command of English, both written and verbal is a prerequisite
• Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Knowledge regarding quality and environmental systems
• Knowledge regarding food processing microbiology
• KORE and ISO standards knowledge
• Environmental legal knowledge (UZ)
