Analyst/CRM coordinator

, a Czech pharmaceutical company operating in more than 30 countries worldwide, are looking for a motivated
CRM Coordinator/analyst
to join our team in Tashkent.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or a young professional interested in analytics, CRM systems, and pharmaceutical markets. No prior work experience is required. What matters is system reasoning, analytical skills, and a passion for numbers.

Responsibilities:

• CRM management (Quadrasoft);
• Supporting corporate projects and analytics (mainly across Uzbekistan, potentially Kyrgyzstan);
• Working with internal business intelligence platforms and IQVIA data.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (interviews will be held in English & Russian);
• Strong analytical mindset and system reasoning;
• PowerPoint (basic-intermediate): preparation of professional presentations;
• Excel (advanced): formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, basics of analysis;
• Willingness to learn and quickly master new tools.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with CRM systems;
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI.
