We are a fast-growing transportation company committed to excellence in service and people. Our drivers are at the heart of our business, and we are looking for a motivated Driver Recruiter Specialist to help us find and retain top talent.
Position Summary:
As a Driver Recruiter Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified commercial drivers to meet our growing operational needs. You will work closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications

Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to onboarding

Maintain and update candidate tracking systems

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers

Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and DOT regulations

Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements

Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in driver or high-volume recruitment (at least 1 year experience )

Strong knowledge of DOT compliance and transportation industry standards is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
