About This Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Quality Assurance Manager in Tashkent Plant.

What You Can Expect from The Role

• Ensure Coca-Cola quality and environmental standards from material intake to consumer delivery; standardize related reporting.
• Implement TCCC, CCI, Anadolu Group, and legal requirements; liaise with local authorities and TCCC.
• Coordinate national management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Business Continuity); guide teams on audits, risk analysis, corrective actions, and GMP.
• Lead and improve Supply Chain OE projects and CA&PA systems.
• Manage consumer/customer complaints per KPIs; ensure traceability via coding and labeling.
• Drive continuous improvement and benchmarking across CCI and external companies.
• Organize monthly plant teleconferences to share updates and best practices.
• Develop and monitor Quality KPIs and benchmarking reports across CCI countries.
• Address quality issues based on monthly scores; support action planning.
• As BPL, standardize QA and environmental procedures.
• Provide environmental data for sustainability reports and stakeholders in Uzbekistan.
• Lead crisis management for quality and environmental issues.

What You Bring

• Min. 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance roles in a multinational organization
• Good command of English, both written and verbal is a prerequisite
• Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers
• Knowledge regarding quality and environmental systems
• Knowledge regarding food processing microbiology
• KORE and ISO standards knowledge
• Environmental legal knowledge (UZ)
