Junior Drone Technician

We are seeking a
Junior Drone Technician
with basic mechanical or engine-related experience to support our drone operations, maintenance, and service activities in Tashkent. This role is perfect for candidates who are eager to grow their careers in drone and robotics technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the assembly, setup, and calibration of drones.
• Perform basic maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of drone mechanical components.
• Support field operations during testing, deployment, and demonstration of drones.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure drones are in optimal working condition.
• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to execute maintenance plans.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all repair and maintenance work.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in
  mechanical
  ,
  engine
  ,
  automotive
  , or
  technical servicing
  fields.
• Graduates from technical/vocational institutions such as
  Kolledjlar
  (Vocational Colleges),
  Professional College / Kasb-hunar kolleji, Technical Lyceum
  or similar technical training programs in Uzbekistan.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, or machinery.
• Willingness to learn drone technology and new technical skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and hands-on technical skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Able to communicate in Uzbek and/or Russian; English is an advantage.
