Role Mission

We don't need "chart creators." We need a decision enabler
— someone who takes raw ERP/CRM/logistics data and delivers insights that directly grow revenue, protect margin, and cut operational waste.

Your impact in first 90 days

  • Rebuild our
    sales and margin dashboards
    in Power BI — one source of truth for management.
  • Detect and reduce at least
    5% margin leakage
    via pricing/mix analysis.
  • Identify top 10 clients/SKUs driving profit, build actionable
    ABC/XYZ segmentation
    .
  • Expose
    stock-outs and overstock
    patterns, propose fixes.
  • Deliver weekly insight decks that shift real business decisions (not vanity metrics).

Must-have

  • 3+ years in analytics (BI/Data Analyst/FP&A).
  • SQL ninja
    : joins, CTEs, window functions.
  • Advanced
    Excel
    &
    Power BI (DAX)
    .
  • Strong business sense: understand sales funnels, margin, inventory.
  • Ability to present numbers so even a non-technical sales manager "gets it."

Nice-to-have

  • Python (pandas, matplotlib)
    for deeper dives.
  • Experience in supply chain / manufacturing analytics.
  • Built metrics frameworks (KPI trees, definitions, OKRs).
